Job Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients.
Explain Artisive’s value proposition, focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and book demos.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
Call our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
Follow up with customers regularly.
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.
Create daily report.
