Responsibilities & Context
Imparo Ventures Ltd, the real estate arm of Syed Group Bangladesh. With projects in Bashundhara R/A and other parts of Dhaka, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Operations Support: Assist upper management in planning and executing marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects. Help with day-to-day operations of the office and field activities.
- Client and Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Ensure smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming messages, calls, and inquiries related to current and future projects across Dhaka. Provide detailed information to potential clients
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits with clients, stakeholders, and office staff. Provide updates on project progress and address any concerns on-site
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for projects, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and site visit reports.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational issues, communicate with relevant parties, and work towards effective solutions to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Assist in Project Coordination: Support in the coordination of project timelines, ensuring vendors and contractors adhere to schedules and project milestones.
