Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to secure architectural & engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract clients and expand the company’s project portfolio.
Build and nurture strong relationships with developers, real estate firms, corporate, government, semi-government, individual client and other stakeholders like NGO, doner, foreign fund etc. to generate leads and drive project acquisition.
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and networking events to effectively communicate our design expertise and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish the firm as a leader in innovative architectural solutions.
Consistently follow up with potential clients, track leads, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to project initiation.
