Responsibilities & Context

As BromleyBee continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and manage the marketing department of the BromleyBee and its sister concern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness of Bromley Bee Preschool and Daycare.
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging and relevant content.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Help manage and update the preschool’s website and ensure it is optimized for SEO.
• Develop and send email marketing campaigns to keep parents and prospects informed
• Organize and coordinate events such as open houses, local outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with local businesses and partners to build brand awareness.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos showcasing the daily activities, events, and highlights of the preschool (Knowledge of photography and video editing will be an advantage).
