Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales, branding, and digital marketing, with hands-on experience in social media and content creation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing and branding strategies to promote products and increase market reach.
• Design and publish content for Facebook and other social media platforms using Canva and similar tools.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Travel across Bangladesh as needed for marketing campaigns, market visits, and client meetings.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
