Additional Requirements

• Field Expert: Prior experience in offline marketing, event management, or educational promotion is preferred.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to contribute creative ideas to offline marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Energetic & Outgoing: Confident in public speaking and networking in diverse environments.
• Organized & Proactive: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple field tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Comfortable working closely with both the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities & Context

• Offline Campaigns: Organize and implement job fairs, workshops, and community outreach programs.
• Institutional Collaboration: Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and training centers to expand our outreach.
• Promotional Distribution: Distribute flyers, posters, and other branding materials in key educational zones.
• Event Coordination & Hosting: Plan, host, and coordinate educational seminars, info sessions, and promotional events.
• Lead Generation: Collect and manage leads from events and field activities in an organized CRM system.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective offline marketing strategies.
• Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand during field activities and public events.
