We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to manage inbound customer inquiries, close sales, and ensure excellent post-sale service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, website chat, and phone calls
- Guide customers throughout the purchase process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep accurate records of communications and sales
