Responsibilities & Context

Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent

Contacting potential partners over the phone, by email and in-person

Communicating continuously for establishing b2b collaborations

Building and maintaining relationships with the potential clients and partners

Collecting and analyzing data to prepare report

Identifying potential clients Any other job assigned by supervisor/management related to the designation

Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting

Analytics skill and working ability for team development

Expert in data entry Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Manager

Answering client and technician inquiries
