Responsibilities & Context

MotoMechs BD Limited is looking for a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Marketing Executive cum Customer Relationship Executive. If you have experience in customer communication and marketing, this is your chance to be part of a growing company in the automobile service industry!

Handle customer communication via phone calls, Messenger, and WhatsApp 📞💬
Make outbound calls to new leads & follow up with existing leads to encourage service purchases.
Post announcements and promotions on social media platforms 📢
Create short marketing content (e.g., collecting customer reviews, posting about services and products)
Engage with customers online and maintain good relationships to drive conversions
