Job Responsibilities:

Must be self-motivated and dynamic

Have excellent communication skill

Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

Identifying and assessing customer needs to serve customers properly

Assist in effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales

Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members

Collect and provide latest market information to the marketing team

Should possess leadership quality & capacity to work in team

Capacity to keep customer database with continuous drive to keep relationship with existing customers and to build new customer base for the company

Should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude
