Responsibilities & Context
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive for Student Enrollment & Immigration is responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the process of studying abroad. This role involves counseling, relationship-building, and providing end-to-end support in the application, admission, and visa processes. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students and help meet the company’s lead generation and enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Enrollment

Identify, call, and explain education options to prospective students daily, aiming to enroll them in the organization.

Meet goals and targets for student intake based on assigned destinations.
Counseling
-
Provide comprehensive counseling on studying abroad, including admission and visa requirements, as well as cost estimates.

Offer face-to-face consultations and support via phone and social media platforms.
Lead Generation & Conversion

Achieve targets for leads, applications, and final enrollments.

Maintain and follow up on the student database.
Relationship Management
-
Build relationships with students, families, and foreign institutions.

Communicate fluently in English with foreign representatives and clients.
Visa & Application Processing
-
Assist students in completing application and visa formalities, coordinating with internal teams to streamline the process.

Stay updated with visa regulations and foreign education policies to provide accurate information.
