Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Qtel BD, a local ISP based in Uttara, Dhaka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our internet services, expanding our customer base, and enhancing brand awareness within the local market. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital connectivity and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ISP services in the local area.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to generate leads and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community groups.
• Monitor and manage social media platforms and other digital channels to increase engagement.
• Prepare marketing content including flyers, brochures, and online ads.
• Visit potential customers for presentations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into active users.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve services and marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to refine future strategies.
