Responsibilities & Context

• Sources new Importer for Cargo services from Malaysia, Thailand, China etc.
• Follow-up, monitoring and coordination of all commercial works.
• Follow up Import & Export related activities
• Co-ordinate with logistics as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
• Resolves customer issues, handles and solves incident.
• Directly deal with the Top Management in all related aspect.
• Negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
