Responsibilities & Context

Working Hour: 8:30 AM to 6.00 PM, ensuring you’re in the office on time.

Daily Planning: Organize your day’s activities, such as factory visits or

customer meetings.

Core Responsibilities:

Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and needs of the garment industry in Chittagong.

Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them.

Factory Visits: Regularly visit 2-3 garment factories to:

•  Meet with factory officials
•  Assess their specific needs (machinery, software, spare parts, services)
•  Discuss potential solutions and provide quotations

Sales & Order Taking:

•   Take orders based on customer requirements
•    Ensure timely delivery of products or services

After-Sales Service:

Provide excellent customer support and follow-up services.

In essence, you’ll be responsible for:

•  Actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with clients.
•  Providing top-notch customer service.
•  Contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Skills & Expertise

Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
