Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team full-time. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, communicating with parents (guardians), and promoting our AI Skill Development Program for students. If you have strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and the desire to contribute to the future of education, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads (guardians/students) interested in our AI course, explain course benefits clearly and confidently.
• Convert interested leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Manage CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
• Answer queries via phone, SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.
• Provide feedback to improve course offerings and sales strategy.

Monthly salary will be increase every 6 month based on performance.
You should be covered at list’s 75% sales target of each month for withdraw salary.
First month will be your intern month. We will be pay you 50% of salary for trial period.
Over selling commission.
