Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUFT, SANTO MARIAM, BUTEX OR any reputed institute/ University.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) Sales & Marketing Garments accessories.
• Garments Accessories Merchandiser, GM, Manager will get priority and benefits.
• Candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must have the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must have the ability to convince and handle customers.
• Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
• Strong people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English
• Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs

A well-reputed Garments Accessories factory (Main Products: Elastic, Jacquard, Twill Tape, Drawstring, Button, Sewing thread, lace, label etc). We are looking for “Marketing Manager” who will look after all sales & marketing related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales target. Those who are experienced in Garment Accessories Sales & Marketing Department. Request to apply ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Should have sound knowledge in handling various styles with the all Accessories Item.
• Able to handle several buyers/styles at a time.
• To corresponds with buyer & fulfill their requirement
• To achieve sales target as assigned by the Management.
• To create new customers & develop business.
• To fix and monitor monthly sales targets according to production capacity.
• Any other related tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
