Responsibilities & Context

  • 1.Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to educational institutions, expos, and specific branches to engage directly with students and gather insights on study abroad interests.
  • 2.Lead Generation: Collect and manage leads from field activities, events, workshops, and branch interactions to build a robust pipeline of prospective students for study abroad programs.
  • 3.Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with educational counselors, school administrators, and local partners to enhance lead generation and referral networks.
  • 4.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract potential students interested in studying abroad, focusing on outreach, engagement, and conversion.
  • 5.Local Market Analysis: Analyze regional educational trends, preferences, and competitive offerings to tailor marketing strategies and create relevant study abroad programs.
  • 6.Campaign Development: Design and execute localized marketing campaigns, including info sessions, seminars, and digital outreach, to promote study abroad opportunities.
  • 7.Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of lead generation activities, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • 8.Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from field visits, educational partners, and students to refine marketing approaches and enhance the attractiveness of study abroad offerings.
  • 9.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on lead generation activities, campaign outcomes, and market trends for senior management, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • 10.Training & Support: Educate branch staff and partners on effective lead generation techniques, study abroad program benefits, and marketing best practices to ensure consistent and effective outreach.
