    Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Catering, Fast Food Shop

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines of the franchisee restaurant.
  • Need to have expertise in offline marketing (visiting offices, corporate houses and various institution for collaboration)
  •  Need to be cooperative with engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the restaurant’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).·
  • Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms including social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), email newsletters, blogs, and other online channels.·
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and social media analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.·
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, culinary, etc.) and external agencies to coordinate digital marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, platforms, and partners to maximize resources and achieve marketing objectives within budget.·
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on digital platforms to maintain a positive online reputation for the restaurant.·
  • Assist in developing and executing promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic to restaurant locations and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders for corporate deals and opportunity to increase customer count in the restaurant.
  • Preferable Degree in CIM (Level 1 – 3 ), or MPM (Partially or Fully Completed)
