Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing expertise and a focus on organic brand development. The ideal candidate will excel in creating and executing content strategies for popular social channels like Reels, TikTok, and other platforms. A deep understanding of the target audience and their preferences is crucial for this role to effectively drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Organic Growth:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on organic brand growth.
  • Leverage SEO, content marketing, and social media to build and enhance Bazar365’s online presence.

Content Marketing:

  • Create and manage engaging content for Reels, TikTok, and other popular social media platforms.
  • Develop creative content strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Audience Understanding:

  • Conduct research to understand the target audience’s preferences, behaviors, and trends.
  • Utilize insights to tailor content and marketing strategies to effectively engage and grow the audience.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute campaigns aimed at increasing organic reach and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments and optimizations. JD/B365/ Marketing Manager

Brand Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all digital channels. ◦ Ensure all marketing efforts align with Bazar365’s sustainability mission and brand values.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with creative teams, product managers, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on digital marketing performance, content effectiveness, and audience engagement metrics.
