Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: BFC (Best Fried Chicken) seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and sales growth within the fast food industry. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a collaborative marketing team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. Moreover, the candidate will play a key role in formulating and executing comprehensive sales, having strong leadership skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set targets and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels/ Locations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with the team.

  • To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.

  • Ability to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel to enhance the team-building spirit.

  • Any other task assigned by Management.
