  • Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

    Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • 2 to 4 Years experience in the food (packaged) industry.
  • Experience in bakery food is a must.
  • Strong background in the food industry.
  • Dynamic and presentable in attitude and attire
  • Proficiency in the food industry.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with collection and customer service departments.
  • Strong planning and execution skills to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
  • Capability to submit periodical reports to the section head.

Job Description

Olympia Bakery & Confectionary Ltd is seeking a dynamic and presentable Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, specifically bakery products, and will be responsible for overseeing our marketing efforts and driving sales growth.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Land new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  • Fulfill client demands and requirements in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Visit retail outlets as per the daily route chart and achieve sales targets by preparing orders.
  • Confirm delivery schedules and ensure goods are delivered on time by coordinating with distributors.
  • Prepare product orders and presentations tailored to each type of outlet.
  • Implement promotional programs effectively to boost sales.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ products and sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints through thorough investigations, collaborating with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels, prepare lists of deficit products, and ensure warehouse cleanliness to prevent product damage.
  • Oversee delivery activities of distributors and retailers regularly.
  • Preserve and maintain all sales and account documents and reports, providing only necessary information as required.
  • Meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall goals of the area.
  • Professional Development:
  • Continuously enhance professional skills through various learning mediums.
