Diploma in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ EEE) with 10 years’ experience in the similar fields

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, HVAC System, Importer, Indenting, Fire Fighting and Safety

Additional Requirements

The applicants must have marketing experience in the Firefighting, Cooling & Ventilation System
Proficiency in use of MS Office and Auto CAD will get preference.
Sound proficiency in English Language is a must.
Professional Certification: Member, IEB will get preference
Training – NFPA certification or any professional training on Firefighting, Cooling & Ventilation System will be an added advantage
Skills Required: ability to fulfill the target, Ability to Work Under Pressure

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing and business development of Firefighting, Cooling & Ventilation Systems
Communication with customers, attend marketing and sales meeting
Prepare and review technical document, drawing and specification and preparation of BoQ and Proposal
Plan, organize, coordinate & execute all marketing activities both scheduled and unscheduled.
To take care of digital, Online & social media marketing of the company
To lead the business development team (tender preparation, submission & follow up)
To perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

40,000- 50,000 BDT per month including marketing incentive
Marketing & Performance bonus
