About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager (Textile Division) to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth for Ben Tech’s textile chemical portfolio within the Bangladeshi market. You will leverage your expertise in the textile industry to create compelling messaging, manage marketing campaigns, and foster strong relationships with key industry players. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for significant sales growth and the chance to collaborate with international colleagues.
Work Schedule: 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday)
Probation Period: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Ben Tech’s textile chemicals in Bangladesh.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Manage and oversee public relations activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Foster strong relationships with key industry players, including textile mills, buying houses, and trade associations.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
