Responsibilities & Context

• Entrepreneurial Literacy & enterprise development activities in the field level.
• Build relationships with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders
• Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries and facilitators.
• Visit target shops regularly and provide the best performance.
• Collect constructive feedback on customers on how well it is working.
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Achieve the targets and strategic objectives.
• Develop sales strategies and set strategic goals.
• Compile and analyze sales figures; provide intelligence through proper reports.
• Monitor team performance and energize them to achieve goals.
• Make partnership with proper distributors.
