Pheromone Industries Ltd is a growing Agriculture based company. Of this company marketing seeds, biochemical, fertilizers and aqua Products all over the country & working to build prosperous farmers and healthy developed nation.

Responsibilities and Duties of Marketing Officer:

Maintaining regular contact and relationship with customers and dealers.
Create a strong data base of customers and dealer.
Executing the company’s sales activities, plans and procedures.
Submit various report to your boss.
Contribute in the implementation of Marketing strategies.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
Assist marketing team to improve product promotion meetings, demos, farmer visits, field visits and market
systems.
Attend monthly meetings.
Achievement of Sells targets and set a new target as well.
Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique.
Any other activities as and when required by the management.
