Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Collect and analyze information on market demand, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
Sales and Marketing Strategies:
Develop strategies and plans to increase the sales of fishery products.
Conduct brand promotion and manage marketing activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Gather feedback from customers and implement necessary changes to improve products and services.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Set and work towards achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales activity reports and present them to management.
Promotional Activities:
Organize and manage product launches, trade shows, seminars, and workshops.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with the sales team and provide them with the necessary guidance.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth product supply.
