Requirements

Education

• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture, Master of Science (MSc)

• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University students will get preference

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pest Control
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Having experience in Agribusiness
• Good knowledge of Crop protection and Increasing productivity
• Result-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to extensive traveling
• Well knowledge in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and well presentation skill.

Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve monthly sales & collection target and objectives of the territory as per budget.
• Routinely update supervisor about any information, suggestion, criticism with the activity results of the territory.
• Manage Credit customer effectively and efficiently to get maximum output of sales.
• Submit all scheduled report, applications regarding approval and expenses bills on time.
• Build strong network in the segment of Traders & Farmers.
• Promotional work to enhance a better Market.
