Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduate / Bachelor`s degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing background will get preference).
- Educational background can be relaxed for highly experienced individuals.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates with good proficiency in English will be given high preference.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be smart, energetic, and self-motivated to work in the field.
- Strong networking abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under target pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Actively search for new clients, generate leads, and promote the company`s interior design and construction services.
- Visit potential project sites, corporate offices, and residential clients to pitch design services.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, developers, and corporate leads
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and engineering team to present suitable solutions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collect market feedback, analyze competitors, and report market updates to top management.
