Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Additional Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidate must have experience in woven.
- Smart, Energetic, Confident, Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers regarding day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
- Understand customer requirements and work closely with the design/technical team to manage quality samples within the time frame.
- Arrange lab dip, trims, bulk fabric colour, and quality test for customer approval.
- Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns.
- Day-to-day production monitoring.
- Ability to do order projection, T&A and budget planning.
- Must have detailed knowledge and experience about the wash process of Woven products.
- Ability to source new products and deliver the right products at the right price.
- Liaison with the commercial team about shipping documents, undertaking all formalities and updating buyers.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
