Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide the marketing team to effectively execute strategies.
Provide support, guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
Create comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and market trends.
Implement campaigns across online and offline channels to maximize engagement.
Drive direct sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
Utilize digital marketing tools to enhance online presence and performance.
Create and edit marketing materials including videos, graphics, and website content.
Handle export-import marketing activities and pursue international market opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide insights and optimizations.
Generate reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and motivate team members.
Assign tasks based on team members’ skills and workload, ensuring balanced distribution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of work ethics.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing strategies.
Implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement across digital platforms.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
Coordinate with supply chain and product teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Regularly update and refresh website content to maintain relevance and engagement.
Analyze website analytics to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Create and monitor video content performance metrics to adjust strategies based on insights.
Record and produce engaging video content for marketing purposes.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
