Our company specializes in mid to large-volume manufacturing grounded in social and environmental sustainability. Acting as a country office, we provide value to our clients by identifying world-class suppliers, bridging cross-border business practices, and supervising through production and delivery. Our offices are located in New York City, USA, and Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Description:

This trainee opportunity has a dual role in new business support and social media coordination. You will work from the Bangladesh office and work remotely with the New York office.

New business support: (70% of time)

1. Research and identify potential leads through various sources, such as LinkedIn, online directories, and CRM tools.

2. Build and maintain a database of prospects and decision-makers.

3. Create and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest in the company’s products/services

4. Send follow-up emails to prospects to maintain engagement and progress leads through the sales funnel.

5. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

6. Monitor and report on email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and response rates.

Social media coordination: (30% of time)

1. Research content areas for blog posts, social media, and white papers for brand visibility and lead generation

2. Help create videos for social media, including scripting, producing, and editing

3. Help create, automate, and maintain content for social channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (videos, photographs, static posts)

4. Assist with creating wireframes, mockups, and design assets using tools like Figma.

5. Review and proofread content to ensure consistency and accuracy before publishing.

6. Maintain an organized library of design and content assets for easy access.

7. Find high-quality images and vectors from stock libraries that complement design and content needs, ensuring they match the desired tone and message.
