Qualification(s):
At least bachelor degree in any subjects (subject area of social science, development studies will be preferred)
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of maintaining records and databases

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software application
- Knowledge of Data collection and analysis
- Good understanding of reporting and information management
Experience:
Minimum 01 years of experience in relevant field as mentioned above.
Skills and Abilities:
- Computer (especially MS Office) proficiency
- Good communications skills English (verbal & written)
- Proven ability to provide peer-to-peer support and coordination
- Stress management & Time management skills

Responsibilities & Context
Reportable to: Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator
Duration of Contract: One year with probation period of 3 months (Renewable based on performance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in gathering and managing the data on the Strategy Tracker and keeping it update in real-time;
- Assisting in field data collection to conduct result monitoring (qualitative assessment, evaluation and pre-post Knowledge, Attitude and Practices (KAP) studies;
- Assisting in conducting process monitoring according to SOPs and synthesis the data in a presentable form;
- Support programme department in implementation of MEAL guidelines for multiple projects;
- Assisting in increasing awareness of field staff and beneficiaries through providing orientation on Muslim Hands Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM) to promote accountability;
- Collecting and sharing success stories with required information of the projects from every thematic area;
