Responsibilities & Context
Result #1: Monitoring &Evaluation:
- Develop JRRP office M&E processes, methodologies, and tools for planning, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning in line with FH policies and standards and harmonize them with FH country office M&E systems.
- Monitor implementation of systems, processes, and tools, ensuring quality and consistency in M&E data collection and reporting
- Produce a comprehensive M&E plan for the program and conduct regular progress monitoring of the plan working with a quantitative counterpart.
- Provide technical expertise in household survey sampling design, questionnaire development, enumerator training, and implementation, including programming needed for electronic data collection.
- Contribute to developing project proposals and internal and external reports, including assessments, baseline and end-line survey reports, which include data analysis, interpretation, and recommendations.
- Conduct data quality assessments & data audits to ensure that the collected data is accurate and maintains the project’s integrity.
- Collaborates with FH country office team, Medical Teams, HQ Programs, and technical team for data sharing, reporting, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with the local Ministry of Health (MoH) for ethics approvals for all surveys Key.
Result #2: Accountability and Compliance:
- Contribute to the establishment of an effective beneficiary feedback mechanism.
- Maintain a record of beneficiary and stakeholders’ feedback and actions to settle complaints. Conduct beneficiary interviews, focus group discussions, and quality improvement verification visits to the project sites as required by the program.
- Prepare an analysis report of feedback received.
- Communicate the received feedback to the relevant unit.
- Ensure beneficiary accountability mechanisms are integrated into country strategies, program design, and monitoring and evaluation systems.
- Ensure data storage and systems for sharing are set up to protect the confidentiality of personal beneficiary data and adhere to generally accepted principles for data protection.
- Contribute to the safeguarding of program participants and personnel by promoting an environment of awareness and upholding the code of conduct provisions of FH/JRRP Protection from Sexual Exploitation & Abuse, and Child & Vulnerable Adult protection policies and sexual harassment policies.
Key Result #3: Learning:
- Develop systematic approaches that support documenting change within programs and making knowledge accessible and usable at the local, country office, and global levels to inform programming.
- Support and organize the collection of success stories, case studies, best practices, and photos of activities for knowledge management and dissemination.
- Maintain a filing system for all MEAL activities, reports, and analyses in hard and soft copies, including backups. Build the capacity of program staff in relevant M&E topics.
- Monitor and foster sustainability of the f program’s results.
- Coordinate with M&E counterparts in other organizations and information management working groups.
Key Result #4: Communication
- Develop case study, collecting impact story/story from the field, and material development for video/social media.
- Capturing and documenting best practices and success stories for learning, reference, and dissemination.
- Working with the FH Bangladesh communication unit in all communication pieces.
- Work closely with the MEAL unit of the country office to share the JRRP data in WL3 and smart sheet.
Any other duties assigned by the Project Director.
