Summary

Education

High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

Additional Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an embroidery mechanic or in textile machinery maintenance.
Knowledge of embroidery software and machine programming (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar) is a plus.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with sewing, textile, or automated machinery is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy machine parts.

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, ZSK, SWF, or similar).
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machine longevity and optimal performance.
Replace and adjust machine components, including needles, hooks, bobbins, belts, and motors.
Align and calibrate machines for proper thread tension, stitch quality, and registration.
Work closely with the production team to resolve machine-related issues efficiently.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Provide technical training and support to machine operators when needed.
