• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Padding & Quilting/Textile/Garments Accessories.
• Excellent communication/ report writing skills.
• Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage maintenance team for doing multiple operations.
• Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
• Leadership and motivation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawing, schematics and equipment manuals.
• Able to troubleshoot all kind of mechanical issues into the factory.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in preventive & corrective maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools & mechanical instruments.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good experience in generator, lathe, Welding, Forklift and different pump operations.
• Perform routine inspections and servicing of machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns & emergencies.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and other departments.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical operations.
• Performing equipment inspection, repair and corrective maintenance.
• Strong idea to spare parts issues and suggest to improvements.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
• Any other job assigned by the higher management.
