Responsibilities & Context
- Field Supervision: Supervising installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with blueprints and plumbing codes.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, training, and delegating tasks to plumbers and apprentices.
- Project Management: Scheduling work, managing site inventory, ordering materials, and resolving on-site issues.
- Quality Control: Inspecting work to ensure compliance with standards and testing systems (e.g., pressure testing).
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and conducting safety audits.
- Documentation: Reporting project progress, material usage, and labor hours to management
