Job Description:

Lead the team of mechanical maintenance and supervision of mechanical system with proper monitoring & manpower allocation
Attend and solve problems in plant machines (lead refinery machine, grid casting machine, oxide mill, filling machine, pasting machine, battery assemble machinery, rectifier, HRD etc)
Daily follow-up on preventive and scheduled maintenance.
Analyze work progress and production machine performance.
Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and control system enhancements.
Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for equipment repair and servicing.
Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications.
Maintaining compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Layout design in Auto CAD, project cost calculation & ROI calculation & analysis.
Prepare report on the plant or machine breakdown.
Identify root cause & solve any other relevant task assigned by line manager.
