Additional Requirements

Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers on complex projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Conduct comprehensive analyses to accurately estimate project budgets.
Apply strong mechanical design principles to produce detailed designs and utilize AutoCAD for creating shop/as-built drawings.
Oversee the execution phase of projects, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, industry quality standards, and established timelines.
Possess in-depth knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems for design and implementation.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations, and demonstrate extensive knowledge of tendering processes.
