Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems that occur during production and coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs.
Perform regular preventative maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure their continued operation.
Ensure that safety protocols are being followed at all times, and that all equipment is properly maintained and in safe operating condition.
Conduct regular inspections of the mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Work closely with other shift engineers, production supervisors and maintenance staff to ensure that production goals are being met.
Continuously improve & reduce downtime.
