  Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Al Watania Poultry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the mechanical systems and equipment within our production facilities. This role involves ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently, conducting regular maintenance, and implementing new mechanical solutions to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain mechanical systems across the poultry processing plant.
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth functioning of production lines.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with the electrical and production teams to optimize plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
