Skills:
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using media buying and analytics tools and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview
As an Experienced Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms especially in Google Ads and Meta Ads to meet our company’s goals. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in media buying, you will leverage your expertise to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and implement strategies that drive ROI and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive content planning and media buying strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Media Purchasing:
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Etsy, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic channels.
Optimization & Performance:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters based on performance data and insights.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) to track and measure campaign success to make data-driven decisions.
- As per our industry standards, ROMI should be maximized efficiently.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Provide guidance and insights to other team members on media buying best practices and strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.
- Ensure all campaigns stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
Staying Current:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve media buying strategies.
Working Hours: 10.30 AM – 7.30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) working hours and 45 minutes Lunch Break from 1.15 PM – 2 PM. Bangladesh standard time.
We share our screen on Google Meet to collaborate during office hours. Make sure you are comfortable working in such an environment.
