Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve ROAS, conversion rate, reach, engagement, and overall campaign performance
  • Monitor advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audience segments, landing pages, and campaign structures
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare professional reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, algorithms, advertising policies, and platform updates
  • Generate leads, sales, and brand awareness through strategic media buying and funnel-based marketing
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel for conversion tracking, event tracking, retargeting, and audience optimization
  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance insights
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for efficient tracking code deployment, event configuration, and marketing tag management
  • Configure Server-Side Tracking and Conversion API (CAPI) to improve data accuracy, tracking reliability, and attribution performance while reducing browser-based data loss
  • Use Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, scroll tracking, and user interaction insights for landing page optimization
  • Track and troubleshoot conversion events, pixel issues, tag firing problems, and analytics discrepancies across digital platforms
  • Identify winning campaigns and scale advertising budgets while maintaining healthy performance metrics
