Educational Qualification:

4 years course in a certified medical assistant training program or relevant medical training is required.
2 Years of experience in the Rohingya context will add value.

Responsible for:

Provide health care services to the beneficiaries in the hospital and during health camps.
Responsible for maintaining patient registers.
Responsible for the preparation of requisition during the health camp.
Maintain the medicine stock register of the medical facility.
Responsible for counseling patients.
Provider advocacy on family planning services for eligible couples·
Plan and organize the training program for the development and enter all family data/smart card IDs of the project.
Prepare rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each day Or Indoor Patient Department
Interview patients and document basic medical history; enter all data facility/ ID.
Check patients and fill patient’s charts.
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments.
Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
Assist physicians in medical procedures.
Assist provider in recording prescribed treatments, medications, prescriptions, prior authorization, and procedures within established guidelines.
Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested by IPD.
Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
Prepare rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each day.
Provide pre-care and post-care treatment instructions as needed;
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
