Responsibilities & Context
- Assisting in health and safety, health care services, health care training & guided by medical officers.
- Keep and maintain daily treatment records of sickness and treatment-related issues of the employees and send management monthly reports.
- Provide necessary treatment and expertise in primary treatment of injury (stitches, saline), observing and recording the condition of patients.
- Assist the doctor in providing medical services to patients in the factory.
- Maintaining patient records and reporting.
- Ensure day-to-day functions of medical support.
- Support & assist in conducting medical checkups of new workers.
- Regular checking of the first aid box.
- Maintain and monitor all medical inventory records.
- Conduct periodic data analysis related to medical treatments and services.
- Any other task assigned by management/supervisor.
