Our donor agency, Muslim Hands UK, is an international relief and development organization operating in over 40 countries.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to be based at the Nayapara Registered Camp, Teknaf. The ideal candidate will provide primary healthcare and basic medical services to the camp community.

Reporting to: Programme and Area Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary medical care and basic first aid to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under supervision.
• Monitoring patients’ health includes vital signs and general well-being.
• Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Respond to medical emergencies if needed.
• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with camp staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Communicate health conditions effectively with patients and their families.
