Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:

Job Responsibilities

Provides clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases.

Conducts thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans.

Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized treatment plans and ensures that they are followed.

Monitors patient progress and modifies treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.

Provides immediate care in emergency situations and stabilised patients for further treatment or transfer.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.·        Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.

Coordinates with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Works closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.

Educates patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures

Provides consultations and second opinions to other medical staff as needed.

Engaged in quality assurance activities and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.

Mentors and trains junior medical staff, including residents and interns.

Applies evidence-based practices to ensure high standards of patient care.

Attends OPD/indoor patients/wards & cabins.

Participates in academic activities.

Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
