Responsibilities & Context
Administer immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured or critically ill patients.
Provide daily outpatient consultation, prescribe medication, and offer medical advice to workers and staff.
Handle workplace injuries, emergencies, and referrals to hospitals when required.
Conduct pre-employment health screenings and medical examinations for new recruits
Issue age verification certificates for candidates during the recruitment process in compliance with local labor laws
Perform periodic, routine health checkups for factory workers and staff to monitor occupational health hazards.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records of all patient consultations, sicknesses, occupational injuries, and accidents.
Design and conduct health-related training programs to raise awareness about personal hygiene, ergonomics, safety protocols, and general health.
Supervise, mentor, and monitor the performance of medical assistants, nurses, and support staff.
Manage medicine inventory and ensure adequate medical supplies.
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and buyer compliance standards.
