Responsibilities & Context
Basic Requirements:
Conducting medical examinations, including periodic health check-ups, to assess the overall health status of employees.
Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, providing appropriate medical interventions and prescriptions.
Managing medical emergencies within the workplace, ensuring prompt and effective responses to critical situations.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals and specialists for referrals, consultations and further medical investigations.
Implementing preventive health measures, such as vaccination programs, health awareness campaigns and ergonomic assessments.
Providing health education and counselling to employees on various topics, including nutrition, lifestyle modifications and stress management.
Maintaining accurate medical records and confidentiality of employee health information.
Participating in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Education
MBBS from any recognized medical college having registration with BMDC.
