Responsibilities & Context

• Seeking application for Medical Officer/ Asst. Registrar/Registrar/ RS/RP of all department.

• Indoor, Outdoor & Emergency patient services.

• Assessment of patients on admission, detailed history taking and Physical examination and documentation with in time frame and provide guidance to nurses.

• To participate in ward rounds and examine individual patients.

• Inform the respective consultant/ Specialist if any new findings.

• Recording and updating patients’ medical histories. Guiding Intern Doctor.

• Conduct examination for MBBS students.
