Responsibilities & Context

• Visit doctors, chemists, hospitals, & clinics.
• Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to doctors.
• To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team members.
• Ensure monthly primary and secondary business targets from assigned business areas.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by motivating and using the potentiality of the secondary sales force.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned business areas to manage the field sales team and business.
• Communicate with the Medical Professionals to Exchange product Information effectively to generate prescriptions.
• Achieve sales & prescriptions objectives of the company
• Promote Ayurvedic products to Doctors/Medical Professionals.
